** Operate Instruction:
* Function menu choose:
1) Press MODE to choose every function menu.
2) Without operating any button for 5 seconds, LED not display automaticy.
3) Press any button LED display.
* Normal time menu
1) Under the normal time menu, press SET for 2 seconds, to set the hour glint, press SET again the minute glint, Press DOWN (reduce) or UP (add) to set the value.
* Date menu
